Bookings will only be accepted with a deposit and a completed, signed booking form. Full payment is as indicated on your booking form and invoice. A $50 fee applies to all returned checks. ILT Inc. acts only as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, golf, etc.). All bookings are subject to the specific terms & conditions of these individual suppliers, which may be more restrictive than ILT Inc.'s policies.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@iltgolf.com. Verbal or phone cancellations cannot be accepted.
• 90+ Days Before Departure: a $100 per person cancellation fee applies to all confirmed passengers. Waitlist status for upgraded seats/rooms does not negate this fee.
• 89–30 Days Prior: Cancellation fee is 50% of the total tour cost. If the final payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be canceled and the full deposit forfeited.
• Within 30 Days: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the trip, including golf options, unused services, or early departures.
Cancellation fees apply to all participants; family emergencies or medical issues do not negate these charges. Reinstatement of a canceled booking is subject to availability and is at the discretion of ILT Inc.
ILT Inc. must approve any name changes/substitutions. If approved within 30 days of the trip, a $100 per person fee will apply. No changes may be made within 3 business days of departure.
To protect against cancellation fees, medical emergencies, or lost luggage, we strongly urge you to take out trip insurance. To include the Pre-existing Condition Exclusion Waiver, you may need to purchase your plan within 15 days of your initial deposit.
ILT Inc. shall not be held responsible for delayed, lost/damaged baggage. It is your responsibility to fill out a claim report with the airline before leaving the airport. ILT Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage to baggage being transported on buses or vans to & from airports & golf courses.
For Mexico and Canada, a valid passport is with one month's validity from the date of return. For domestic travel, a valid government-issued Real ID is required.
Tour documents are mailed 3 weeks before departure. This tour is operated by International Leisure Travel Inc. (ILT Inc.), acting solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other providers. Neither ILT Inc. nor its sub-agents are liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property caused by third-party providers, including delays/flight changes. ILT Inc. may modify or withdraw any part of the program or itinerary as necessary. Airlines conditions of carriage constitute the sole agreement with passengers; ILT Inc., sub-agents are not responsible for guarantees not explicitly stated, including travel disruptions from weather, labor disputes, or other external events.
Force Majeure & Trip Alterations: ILT Inc. is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, earthquakes, fires, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or government actions. ILT Inc. may cancel a trip or alter the itinerary or accommodations at its discretion. Refunds or credits are limited to amounts recovered from suppliers; full cash refunds are not guaranteed. In cases of trip cancellation due to Force Majeure, ILT Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial Future Travel Credit (FTC) toward a future trip if refunds are received from vendors. ILT Inc. reserves the right to determine the value and expiration of such credit based on recovered funds and administrative costs.
ILT Inc. reserves the right to substitute airlines, airports, and types of aircraft equipment deemed appropriate or necessary. ILT Inc. reserves the right to reject passage on these flights at any time.
Airline baggage fees vary by carrier. ILT does not control the baggage fees set forth by airlines on scheduled flights. Passengers are responsible for baggage fees, which airlines may change at any time. ILT cannot be held responsible for paying or refunding baggage fees due to a change in aircraft or airline.
The prices quoted in this trip advert are based upon current air taxes and rates of exchange at the time of booking and are subject to change. ILT Inc. reserves the right to increase tour prices due to airline fare adjustments & fuel surcharges, airport tax increases, baggage fees, monetary exchange fluctuations, and any other reason deemed appropriate herein and not stated. Participants will be informed, in writing, of any increase, if applicable.
